PRB monitoring

▪ LFV planned a total RP3 asset value for new investments of 109M€₂₀₁₇, of which 24% for new major investments. LFV planned five new major investments for RP3, of which one has not started.

▪ LFV planned RP3 new investments represent 2% of the Union-wide total amounts of the assets for new investments. LFV planned to invest more in ATM systems compared to the Union-wide median (100% vs 47% respectively).

▪ LFV overspent +10M€₂₀₁₇ (+11%) in costs related to investments during RP3 (+9.9M€₂₀₁₇ in en route and +0.2M€₂₀₁₇ in terminal), according to the reporting tables. However, in the monitoring reports, LFV reported an overspending of +7.7M€₂₀₁₇ (+8.8%). No explanation for the differences has been provided.

▪ LFV reported 37M€₂₀₁₇ funding from Union assistance programmes in RP3, while SESAR Deployment Manager data indicates payments for 8.8M€₂₀₁₇ during the reference period.
