PRB monitoring

▪ HASP planned a total RP3 asset value for new investments of 124M€₂₀₁₇, all for new major investments. HASP planned 8 new major investments for RP3, of which 7 have not been implemented.

▪ HASP planned RP3 new investments represent 2% of the Union-wide total amounts of the assets for new investments. HASP planned to invest more in CNS systems compared to the Union-wide median (65% vs 18% respectively) and less for infrastructure (4% vs 27%).

▪ HASP underspent -28M€₂₀₁₇ (-77%) in costs related to investments during RP3 (-26M€₂₀₁₇ in en route and -2.3M€₂₀₁₇ in terminal), according to the reporting tables. These amounts shall be reimbursed to the airspace users through a reduction of future unit rate(s), unless the NSA decides after consultation with the users, that the ANSP shall not reimburse a part of the difference according to article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2019/317.

▪ HASP reported no funding from Union assistance programmes in RP3.
