PRB monitoring

▪ Slovenia Control planned a total RP3 asset value for new investments of 19M€₂₀₁₇. Slovenia Control did not plan any new major investment for RP3.

▪ Slovenia Control planned RP3 new investments for RP3 represent 0.4% of the Union-wide total amounts of the assets for new investments.

▪ Slovenia Control underspent -1.7M€₂₀₁₇ (-7.1%) in costs related to investments during RP3, according to the reporting tables. However, in the monitoring reports, Slovenia Control reported an underspending of -1.9M€₂₀₁₇ (-7.8%). No explanation for the differences has been provided. These amounts shall be reimbursed to the airspace users through a reduction of future unit rate(s), unless the NSA decides after consultation with the users, that the ANSP shall not reimburse a part of the difference according to article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2019/317.

▪ Slovenia Control reported +0.6M€₂₀₁₇ funding from Union assistance programmes in RP3, while SESAR Deployment Manager data indicates reimbursements for -0.2M€₂₀₁₇ during the reference period.
